In therapy, I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, EMDR, emotionally focused therapy and expressive arts/music therapy depending on my client's needs. I also believe a spiritual approach is beneficial when appropriate. I love working with both adults and teens struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, codependency, self-esteem, self-harm and partners of addicts. I have worked with patients both inside and outside the hospital setting, and helped develop and run intensive outpatient groups for adolescents. I also have an understanding of sexual/pornography addiction and the difficulties these addictions can cause in a relationship. I believe healing and repair of the relationship is possible with help.
